Terms & Conditions

Together with you, we will come to an agreement on the itinerary of your trip. After agreement, we will send you our banking details (US dollar account with National Bank of Commerce LTD. (NBC Bank in Tanzania). We will ask you to pay 30% of the total cost after the confirmation of your safari and the remainder, (70%) sixty days before departure.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be reasons that cause you to cancel your trip. As there are many things which must be arranged before the start of your safari, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation refund at any time after agreement but more than six weeks before the start date of your trip: 70% of total payment already made
  • Cancellation refund within six weeks but more than one week before the start date of your trip: 50% of total payment
  • Cancellation refund within one week but more than one day (24 hours) before the start date of your trip: 20% of total payment
  • Cancellation refund within 24 hours before the booked trip: no refund, no exceptions.

We advise you to have good cancellation insurance within your travel insurance in case of cancelled trip.
NB: We cannot be held responsible for bad weather conditions. (part of the adventure)

Physical & Material Damage

Warrior Adventures cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring on any trips booked or done with Warrior Adventures. We advise you to arrange adequate travel and health insurance.
